These are the official guidelines homeowners need to adhere to when changing anything on the exterior of the home.
Only replacements, i.e., changes that are identical to the original item do not need to be approved.
This is to assure the neighborhood remains attractive and the value of homes does not deteriorate.

This form must be filled out and submitted before any work can start.
Note: neighbors' signatures are required. Important: their signature only indicates they were made aware of the intended change. Their signature does not imply agreement.
Submission by email is now possible and also preferred for speedier processing.
The Architectural Covenant Committee (ACC) is committed to a quick turn-around.
Please take care to fill out the forms correctly and provide the required details. This will help a smooth overall process.
