ATTENTION! On October 3rd 2026, Chambers Management started the transition from the software platform they used for many HOA services (CINC Systems) to Vancata Software. Read the original announcement info here.

The Forms and Docs section has information about registering and using Vancata.

CINC can be used for anything non-payment related until 2027, but Chambers Management and HOA Board encourages homeowners to start using Vancata as much as possible now.

HOA MEETING:

The HOA Board usually meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month (except August when there are no meetings) in the Sally K. Ride Elementary School teachers’ lounge (across the hall from the school cafeteria/assembly room.

For Thursday, October 15th, the Homeowners Association Board will meet at 6:30 pm at Sally K. Ride Elementary School.

The meeting will take place in the Teachers’ Lounge, across the hall from the school cafeteria/assembly room.

ACC MEETING:

The Architectural Covenant Committee usually meets on the first Wednesday of the following months: January, April, July, October (unless otherwise indicated.)

The ACC will meet next on
Wednesday, January 6th 2027, 630 pm @ Sally K. Ride Elementary School

The meeting will take place in the Teachers’ Lounge, across the hall from the school cafeteria/assembly room.
