HOA MEETING:

The HOA Board usually meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month (except August when there are no meetings) in the Sally K. Ride Elementary School teachers’ lounge (across the hall from the school cafeteria/assembly room.

For Wednesday, April 22nd, the Homeowners Association Board will meet at 6:30 pm at Sally K. Ride Elementary School.

The meeting will take place in the Teachers’ Lounge, across the hall from the school cafeteria/assembly room.

(The meeting would have taken place Thursday, April 16th but there were too many scheduling conflicts with board members, and the board agreed to reschedule.)

ACC MEETING:

The Architectural Covenant Committee usually meets on the first Wednesday of the following months: January, April, July, October (unless otherwise indicated.)

The ACC will meet next on
Wednesday, July 1st 2026, 630 pm @ Sally K. Ride Elementary School

The meeting will take place in the Teachers’ Lounge, across the hall from the school cafeteria/assembly room.
