HOA MEETING:

The HOA Board usually meets on the 3rd Thursday of each month (except August when there are no meetings) in the Sally K. Ride Elementary School teachers’ lounge (across the hall from the school cafeteria/assembly room.

For Thursday, April 17th, the Homeowners Association Board will meet at the Germantown Library (the room will be announced on the website here as soon as it is known.) The meeting will start at 630 pm.

ACC MEETING:

The Architectural Covenant Committee usually meets on the first Wednesday of the following months: January, April, July, October (unless otherwise indicated.)

The ACC will meet next on
Wednesday, April 9th, 630 pm @ Sally K. Ride Elementary School

The meeting will take place in the Teachers’ Lounge, across the hall from the school cafeteria/assembly room. (This is an exception to the first Wednesday rule, the school was not available on April 2nd.)
